Water tank structure
--Panel size and weight
1. Material
Segmented panel tanks shall consist of 4’ x 4’ or 1m x 1m, 1m x 0.5m
Panels manufactured from 1.5mm to 4.0mm thickness as per requirement.
2. Flanges
Segmented panels shall be pressed with double flanges at 45 and 90 degrees to the four sides of the panel.
3. Reinforcement
All tanks are fitted with angle braces inside to withstand the rigidity of the tank when filled with water. Support Top Panels are supported by top panels and shall be made of stainless steel grade 304 or 316 material as per requirement.
4. Accessories
1. Bolts, Nuts and Washers Stainless steel 304 material.
2. Sealing Material Non-toxic P.V.C Foam Tape shall be applied between joints.
3. Cover Tank cover shall be constructed of 1.2mm to 3.0mm thickness of stainless steel 304 material as per requirement.
4. Ladders and Level Indicators
Inner and outer ladders shall be made of stainless steel grade 304 material.
